New subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with AI Co-Founder within 14 days of your first paid subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
How to claim
Email connect@rivonixtech.com within 14 days of your subscription start date with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Include your registered email address. We will process the refund within 3–7 business days.
Eligibility
The 14-day guarantee applies to your first subscription only. It does not apply to plan upgrades, renewals, or accounts that have previously received a refund.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard: Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. There are no cancellation fees.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all paid features until that date. After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan — your data is not deleted.
Immediate cancellation
If you need your subscription cancelled immediately rather than at period end, contact connect@rivonixtech.com and we will process this manually.
General policy
After the 14-day guarantee window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (e.g. consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction).
Annual plans
Annual plans cancelled mid-term are not entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused months, except within the 14-day guarantee window or as required by law.
Exceptional circumstances
We review refund requests made outside the guarantee window on a case-by-case basis. Circumstances such as extended service outages, billing errors, or duplicate charges will always be resolved in your favour. Contact connect@rivonixtech.com to request a review.
Duplicate charges
If you have been charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Email connect@rivonixtech.com with your transaction details.
Incorrect amount
If you were charged an incorrect amount (e.g. not matching the displayed price at checkout), contact us and we will correct the charge immediately.
Failed payment retry
If a payment fails and is retried, you will only be charged once the payment succeeds. You will never be double-charged due to a retry.
Upgrades (Stripe)
When you upgrade your plan via Stripe, the difference is charged immediately on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of your billing period.
Upgrades (Razorpay)
When you upgrade your plan via Razorpay, your current subscription is cancelled at period end and a new subscription starts immediately at the upgraded plan rate.
Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
Stripe payments
Refunds for payments made via Stripe are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Razorpay payments
Refunds for payments made via Razorpay are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For UPI payments, refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is initiated. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
For all refund and cancellation requests, email connect@rivonixtech.com. Please include your registered email address and the transaction ID or subscription ID if available. We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving all billing issues quickly and fairly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
