These Terms form the legal agreement between you and AI Co-Founder. They protect both of us.
Agreement
By accessing or using AI Co-Founder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Updates
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
What we provide
AI Co-Founder is a SaaS platform that connects to your business data integrations (e.g. Stripe, Google Analytics 4), analyses that data using AI, and generates ranked business decisions and insights. The Service is intended as a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advice.
No advice warranty
Decisions and insights generated by the AI are based on the data you connect. They are informational only. We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes. You remain solely responsible for all business decisions you make.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where feasible. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
Beta features
Features marked "beta" or "experimental" are provided as-is and may change or be removed without notice.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at connect@rivonixtech.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
One account per person
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions.
Permitted use
You may use the Service for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
You must not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to process data belonging to third parties without their consent; (c) transmit malware, spam, or any content that violates applicable law; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; (e) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; (f) scrape or harvest data from the Service by automated means.
Integration credentials
You are responsible for any API keys or OAuth tokens you connect to the Service. Do not connect credentials that you are not authorised to use.
Our IP
AI Co-Founder, its logo, software, and all content we create ("Our Content") are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of Our Content to you.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you bring to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
AI outputs
Decisions and insights generated by the AI based on your data belong to you. We do not claim ownership over outputs generated from your data.
Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service.
Subscription
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay depending on the active payment gateway in your region. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees through the applicable processor. Each processor's terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment data.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Annual plans cancelled mid-term are not entitled to a pro-rata refund. Full details are available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy.
Late payment
If a payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the free plan after a grace period. Data is retained for 60 days before deletion.
By you
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Liability cap
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Consequential damages
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Co-Founder is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
